Shipping Terms

1. The delivery fee is $15 per order. Free delivery is available for orders of $200 or more (excluding GST).

2. Upon arrival of the goods, please store them in the freezer immediately.

3. Ensure someone is home to receive your products. We aim to avoid leaving frozen items outside for too long, which may compromise freshness and shelf life.

4. Store pick-up is available at 30 Orange Grove Road, #02-01 RELC Building, Singapore 258352 from Monday to Sunday between 11:30AM - 3:00PM and 5:30PM - 7:30PM.

5. For any questions, please reach out to us in the chat. Our customer service operation hours are from Monday to Sunday, 10:30AM to 7:00PM. 

6. We do not accept cancellation of orders once payment is made.

7. For postponement of delivery date/time, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
