Do you provide delivery services?
Yes, we do. The delivery fee is $15 per trip. Free delivery is available for orders of $100 or more (excluding GST).
Kindly confirm the delivery date, time, and location with our customer support. Some products may need extra preparation time, and may not be delivered promptly. Thank you for being understanding.
Are your products Halal?
No, our products are not Halal-certified.

Order
How can I confirm that my order has been successfully placed?
Upon receiving and processing your order on our end, we will verify and confirm your order within one business day. You'll receive a confirmation message sent to your WhatsApp number.
I’ve provided the wrong delivery address. Can I amend it after placing my order?
For amendment and postponement of delivery date/time, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp at 9888 4522. We'll assist you in making the necessary adjustments.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it is considered final and non-refundable. However, if you receive an incorrect item or is damaged, we will review your request. Please contact us via WhatsApp us at 9888 4522 with your order details.
Payment
Do you accept cash-on-delivery payments?
No, we do not. Please refer to the accepted payment methods below.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard (for in-store purchases), PayNow, and Bank Transfer (for online payment). For PayNow and Bank Transfer payments, kindly provide a screenshot of your transaction for verification. We will verify your order within one business day.
Delivery
Is self-collection an option?
Certainly! Self-collection is available from Monday to Sunday between 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

How are the frozen meals delivered?
We package orders based on the quantity purchased by the customer. For larger orders, we pack them in foam boxes. For smaller orders, we place them in cooler bags. This ensures that the items remain frozen upon delivery. Upon receiving the parcel, please store the food in your freezer.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to most locations in Singapore! Please note that we are unable to deliver to Restricted Areas like airports, army camps, and prisons. If your address falls under such areas, we kindly ask you to provide a Residential or Commercial address for delivery.
Do I need to be home to receive my meals?
Yes! Please ensure someone is home to receive your order on the scheduled delivery day. We aim to avoid unnecessary inconveniences, such as leaving frozen items outside for too long, which may compromise freshness and shelf life.
Who will deliver my order?
All deliveries will be undertaken by our own fleet of delivery vehicles.
Do you accept corporate or bulk orders?

Frozen Ready Meals
How long can I store my frozen ready meals and soups?
Our frozen ready meals and soups can be safely stored for up to 6 months at below -15 degrees Celsius. However, once opened, consume immediately.
Can your products be stored in the chiller?
Our products are best kept frozen to ensure optimal freshness and quality. The chiller is intended only for thawing purposes, and we recommend consuming the product immediately after thawing.
I don't have a microwave. How can I reheat the frozen meals and soups?
No worries! You can use a conventional steamer or hot bath method for reheating. Just make sure to transfer the food to a steamer-safe container, alternatively, you may remove the aluminium lid and then steam the food in the pack without having the food taken out.
Can I refreeze my leftover meals for later consumption?
We advise against refreezing meals for food safety reasons. Please consume them immediately after thawing.
